    safety is often mentioned by contractors, but it is practiced conscientiously and routinely by gps. for all projects in which damaged building materials are involved or where purespace products will be utilized, gps staff will secure the project site(s) and safeguard our client’s assets and resources. to mitigate further damages and to best control work spaces, gps will construct containments in which to work, separating contaminants, dust and other pollutants (noise, odor, etc.) from non-affected spaces

    when appropriate, we validate our work by requiring independent environmental professionals to take samples of the air inside and outside of your building, sometimes before, and routinely after purespace products have been applied. an independent laboratory conducts the analysis of the readings and reports whether the building values are within 'normal and acceptable ranges'. upon completion of the purespace process you will know, and be assured, that your environment is as clean and healthy as humanly possible. the risk for major, disruptive and costly remediation will be mitigated as will the concern for current and future health related concerns

  • Step 1: Prep And Cleaning

    this critical process requires our team to prepare and protect your project site to ensure a positive result. gps installs critical barriers, protects non-treated surfaces and installs appropriate equipment, thoroughly cleans the project site then applies purespace x-mc100 through the appropriate method (spray, mist, fog, carpet extraction or hand-apply) to the wood, brick, block, osb board, drywall, carpet, acoustic tile, and other surfaces for dramatic mold reduction. gps further removes contamination from all open spaces with hepa filtration vacuums and air scrubbers

  • Step 2: Application And Protocol
